Santa Fe College enrolls 14,324 undergrads

At Santa Fe College, 74 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 55 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year public institution in Gainesville enrolled 14,324 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 8.6 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

93 percent of undergraduates are residents of Florida, and 2 percent are residents of other states. 5 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (56 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (19 percent).
