City of Gainesville recently issued the following announcement.
The GCRA is exploring opportunities for housing at 405 SW 5th Ave. in the Porters community. Neighbors are encouraged to attend one or both days and help guide this initiative.
The event will be community-driven, and all Porters residents and their families are encouraged to attend. Neighbors will have the opportunity to meet with the design team to learn about how such a project moves through the key development milestones to get built.
