SF’s Vaccine Incentive Reporting Through This Week, Book Vouchers and Parking Spaces Announced Nov. 9

Sf

Santa Fe College issued the following announcement on Nov. 4.

In September, Santa Fe College announced a voluntary COVID-19 vaccine incentive program for employees and students to be vaccinated by Oct. 31. Different processes are in place for students and employees to verify status if they choose to participate. See sfcollege.edu/covid19/incentive for updates.

Students

Students can report their vaccination status now through Friday, Nov. 5. Detailed information on where and how to report can be found on the This Week@SF, or on the COVID-19 Vaccine Incentive webpage.

Once vaccination status is confirmed, students will receive a one-time, non-recurring payment of $60 through BankMobile, their payment method preference set up on eSantaFe. Payments will be viewable on students’ My FA Status by November 30, 2021. If students don’t have a BankMobile account, they will receive a check in the mail. Checks will be sent after November 30.

Students are also entered into a drawing for additional prizes including one of 40 $250 bookstore vouchers or a designated parking spot for the spring 2022 semester.

Employees

SF employees can also voluntarily report their vaccination status by visiting HR or by contacting human.resources@sfcollege.edu to arrange an in-person or virtual (Teams or Zoom) appointment now through Friday, Nov. 5. Upon confirmation, employees will receive the $60 incentive, less any applicable taxes, in their November 30 payroll.

Employees are also entered into a drawing for a designated parking spot for the spring 2022 semester at any of the college’s locations, including Lot 1 and 1A on the Northwest Campus, or a spot closer to their assigned building if preferred.

Additional Incentives

Please join us at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, at the SF Bookstore, or view the live stream online at https://video.ibm.com/channel/santa-fe-college as we announce the names of those who have won the additional bookstore voucher and designated parking incentives.
