With the recent increase in new COVID-19 cases, fueled by the highly-contagious Omicron variant, residents may experience occasional collection delays due to collection crew
workforce shortages. The Solid Waste Division is working closely with the city's contracted waste hauler to monitor any irregularities or delays in collections. To report a miss
collection, call 352-334-2330 or visit cityofgainesville.org/MissedMyTrash. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
