Santa Fe College recently issued the following announcement.
The Santa Fe College Bradford County Initiative committee presented Yolanda Thomas the Community Impact Award on January 13, 2022, for making extraordinary contributions to Bradford County as the program director of SF’s Upward Bound program. Since taking over as director in 2018, Yolanda has made great strides and efforts to deliver a program to the scholars and families of Bradford County.
SF’s Upward Bound program is located at the Andrews Center in Starke, and is funded to serve 63 students from Bradford High School. For information about Upward Bound, email UBSF@sfcollege.edu or call 352-395-4494.
