Mrs. CAMMACK. Madam Speaker, I am proud to honor Miss Samantha Harper, 2020 National Teen Miss Agriculture USA of Florahome, Florida. Miss Harper is a 2021-22 Florida State Fair Ambassador where she demonstrates her love for Florida's strong agricultural traditions. She also serves as president of the Putnam County 4-H County Counsel and is a proud FFA student and student government participant at Q.I. Roberts Jr./Sr. High School. Congratulations to Samantha on all of her accomplishments.
