Santa Fe College held a ribbon-cutting to officially open Blount Hall in downtown Gainesville. This Friday, the college has arranged for a charter bus to take employees from the Northwest Campus to Blount Hall and Interim Director Mable Baker and her team will be hosting tours of the new facility upon arrival. The bus tours will run Friday, April 15, from 9-11 a.m., 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 1-3 p.m.
The Bus to Blount is a college sponsored event, therefore participation is considered compensable time and must be coordinated through supervisors to ensure adequate coverage. Anyone interested in going on a tour should call Human Resources (x5185) after coordinating with your supervisor.
