SFPD Participating In DEA’s Prescription Drug Take Back Day

The Santa Fe College Police Department is partnering again with the Drug Enforcement Agency’s (DEA’s) Prescription Drug Take Back Day, where they will be accepting unused prescription drugs from Thursday, Oct. 27, through Tuesday, Nov. 1. The SFPD will have a drop box in the lobby for any unused or unwanted prescription drugs, including tablets, capsules, patches and other solid forms of prescription drugs that need to be properly disposed of. Liquids (including intravenous solutions), syringes and other sharp and illegal drugs will not be accepted.
