D'Ante Starks, former Newberry High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Thursday, May 15 in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Thursday, May 15, former Newberry High School standout D'Ante Starks’ current collegiate team the Florida Southern Moccasins won 5-4 against the West Alabama Tigers in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Henley Field at 6 p.m. and was the first matchup against the West Alabama Tigers in the tournament.

The Florida Southern Moccasins’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 6:15 p.m. at Henley Field.
