Sunday, April 13: Gainesville High School standout Parris Wiggs’ college team loses to East Tennessee State Buccaneers

On Sunday, April 13, former Gainesville High School standout Parris Wiggs’ current college team, the Mercer Bears, lost 5-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the East Tennessee State Buccaneers.

The game took place at Betty Basler Field. This was their third matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 3:30 p.m. at Betty Basler Field against East Tennessee State Buccaneers.
