Rep. Cammack Press Office posts on September 11 remembrance and calls for unity

U.S. Representative Kat Cammack, currently serving Florida’s 3rd district, used her official press office account on September 11 and 12, 2025, to address a range of issues including remembrance of the September 11 attacks, the importance of artificial intelligence in education, and a call for unity in response to violence.

On September 11, Cammack’s office marked the anniversary of the terrorist attacks with a message honoring victims and first responders: "September 11, 2001—We remember the lives lost, salute the first responders, and reaffirm our promise: Never forget. Always honor. " (posted at 13:04 UTC).

Later that day, Cammack highlighted discussions with Nvidia co-founder Chris Malachowsky and University of Florida officials regarding artificial intelligence resources for academic research: "Great discussion with Nvidia co-founder Chris Malachowsky and his team along with the University of Florida on the importance of AI computing resources for academic research and AI education. With UF Provost Dr. Joe Glover representing Florida’s 3rd Congressional District, we" (posted at 16:03 UTC).

On September 12, Cammack addressed recent violence affecting political activist Charlie Kirk's circle by posting: "We CANNOT let hate become the new normal. Violence has no place in our Republic. Praying for Charlie’s loved ones, his TPUSA family, and for a country that chooses unity over hate, peace over violence, and hope over fear. " (posted at 17:42 UTC).

Cammack has represented Florida’s 3rd Congressional District since succeeding Ted Yoho in 2021. She previously served in the Florida House of Representatives. Born in Denver in 1988 and now residing in Gainesville, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2015.
