U.S. Representative Kat Cammack, who serves Florida’s 3rd district, recently posted several updates on her official press office social media account, addressing constituents about ongoing initiatives and community events.
On October 30, 2025, Cammack’s office reminded followers of an important deadline for a national student competition: " Today is the LAST DAY to submit your application for the Congressional App Challenge! If you have any questions, please contact my Gainesville District office at (352) 505-0838."
Later that day, she highlighted a meeting with local officials focused on disaster recovery and public safety. In her words from October 30: "Grateful to meet with Commissioner Ronald Mann and County Manager Sara Little to discuss how we can strengthen local partnerships, support FEMA recovery efforts, and ensure continued resources for ICE operations and SAFER grants. Together, we’re working to keep Baker County, and"
The following day, Cammack extended holiday wishes to her district: "From our Team Kat family to yours—wishing everyone in Florida’s Third District a safe, fun, and treat-filled Halloween night! " This message was shared on October 31.
Kat Cammack has represented Florida’s 3rd congressional district since replacing Ted Yoho in 2021. She resides in Gainesville and was born in Denver in 1988. Before joining Congress, she served in the Florida House of Representatives. Cammack holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
