Rep. Cammack Press Office, representing Florida’s 3rd congressional district, recently shared updates on social media about the challenges facing her community and recognized the contributions of summer interns in Washington, D.C.
On July 30, 2025, the press office highlighted the impact of recent natural disasters on the district: "Our district took direct hits from 3 major hurricanes in the span of 13 months. To say our communities been through some tough times is an understatement. But while we've been frustrated and very busy fighting red tape to get results for our folks, Jill's powerful testimony https://t.co/ell0Th6RbQ". The same message was reiterated moments later: "Our district took direct hits from 3 major hurricanes in the span of 13 months. To say our communities been through some tough times is an understatement. But while we've been frustrated and very busy fighting red tape to get results for our folks, Jill's powerful testimony https://t.co/lQiUUNqmRV".
The following day, attention shifted to staff working in Washington: "So proud of our five incredible D.C. interns—Carter, Ellie, Grace, Mariella, and Grayson—for their hard work serving FL-03 this summer in our nation’s capital. Amidst all the chaos, they brought energy, focus, and plenty of heart to the job. We may or may not have even converted https://t.co/Tjrw1nSVDV" (July 31, 2025).
