U.S. Representative Kat Cammack’s press office has posted a series of updates on social media, covering local technological innovation in Florida, national political claims, and the commemoration of National Purple Heart Day.
On August 5, 2025, the press office shared details about a recent visit to UF Innovate in Gainesville: "Back home we are hard at work! Florida is not only the Gator Nation but the 'Lightning Capital of the Nation.' Our team was incredibly excited to visit Fire Neural Network (FNN) at UF Innovate in Gainesville to see how their cutting-edge AI and lightning detection tech is" (August 5, 2025).
Later that day, another post addressed political developments related to the Biden administration: "Biden’s top aide was promised $8 MILLION if he delivered a 2024 win. With an incentive like that, it's no wonder that everyone was working overtime to cover up Biden's mental decline." (August 5, 2025).
On August 7, 2025, Rep. Cammack’s office recognized National Purple Heart Day: "Today, we honor National Purple Heart Day—a time to recognize the brave men and women who were wounded or gave their lives in defense of our nation. Since it was established by George Washington in 1782, more than 1.8 million Purple Hearts have been awarded. Florida is proud to" (August 7, 2025).
Kat Cammack has represented Florida’s 3rd congressional district since replacing Ted Yoho in 2021. She previously served in the Florida House of Representatives and currently resides in Gainesville. Born in Denver in 1988 and a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Arts degree earned in 2015, Cammack remains active both locally and nationally through her legislative work.
