Greetings, applicants! UF Law is pleased to announce that the application for Fall 2021 is now open.
Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis, with the earliest decisions expected to be announced in mid-October. Last year we received almost 3,000 applications from students in all 50 states and over 40 countries! These applicants also represented over 500 undergraduate universities and colleges. We are expecting another robust applicant pool this year, so we encourage you to file your application early to increase your chance of admission. Email admissions@law.ufl.edu and mention this blog to receive a waiver of the $30 application fee. Please include your full name and LSAC account number when emailing.
Apply the way that is best for you:
Regular Decision – This is our standard application, and requires the following:
- Application – found on LSAC.org
- Updated resume
- Personal Statement – 3-4 pages, on any topic
- $30 application fee – email Admissions@law.ufl.edu when you are ready to apply, mention this blog, and we will waive the fee for you
- Transcripts from all undergraduate institutions (and graduate institutions, if applicable)
- LSAT score w/n 5 years
- Letter(s) of Recommendation – 1 required, up to 4 accepted
- The priority application deadline is March 15, 2021.
Gator Scholars – Are you a UF student? This alternative admission option may be right for you. Currently enrolled students at the University of Florida may apply without taking the LSAT if they meet certain eligibility requirements. Students applying under this option must have a complete application on file by January 15, 2021.
