Alachua County Library District issued the following announcement.
Gratitude guilt is the overwhelming feeling that you really should have written and sent that thank you note by now. But the antidote for this affliction is a technique called "fill-in-the-thanks".
You just need to think a little bit about who you are sending it to, what you love and appreciate about them, and maybe express a hope for the future. Then you need to sign it and seal it and stamp it and send it off in the mail.
Dreading it really is the worst part, because contemplating what you are grateful for is a valuable component of wellness.
