City of Gainesville recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Gainesville, Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department is continuing the Live & Local concert series at Bo Diddley Plaza. In partnership with MusicGNV, this free music series is held every month. The line ups will include emerging bands, singer/songwriters, independent artists, and offer a diverse mix of musicians that are local or connected to Gainesville's music community.
- Thursday, Jan. 20, 6:30-8:30 p.m.: Ricky Kendal, Wild Pines
- Friday, Feb. 11, 7-9 p.m.: Showtime
- Thursday, March 17, 6:30-8:30 p.m.: Dion Dia Showcase
On Thursday, Jan. 20, we will be welcoming Gainesville's songwriting stalwart Ricky Kendall to the stage, along with the rocking Wild Pines! You will not want to miss this show.
