City of Palatka recently issued the following announcement.
From FDOT:
State Road 100 Resurfacing Project
From St. Johns Water Management District to U.S. 17

Contractor: Halifax Paving, Inc.
Cost $3.4 million
Construction Start: February 2022
Estimated Completion: Late 2022
Project improvements include:
Milling and resurfacing of the roadway from the St. Johns Water Management District to U.S. 17
Drainage improvements and shoulder treatment
Installation of roadway signage and guardrail
Traffic signal upgrades and sidewalk installation
Box culvert replacement
