Approaching August

August 23, 2022 is the date of the Primary Election, where Alachua County voters will have the opportunity to choose candidates running for federal, statewide, state legislature, county and municipal seats.

Remember that Florida is a Closed Primary Election State. Only voters who are registered members of political parties that appear on the ballot may vote for respective party candidates or nominees for an office in a primary election
