The City seeks to engage a highly qualified, experienced, and financially capable management companies to take over the full management of The City Units in order to improve financial performance, improve the physical condition of the assets, and create a long-term “win-win” for the City. A qualified management firm will partner with the City to find the right approach to improving The City Units taking into consideration the directives of the City Council and City Leadership.
